Pam has been attending Grantham Church since 2014. A native of Meadville, PA, she moved to this area in 1987. A graduate of Villa Maria College in Erie, (BA – A dual degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education), she spent 25 years in the banking industry. During that time, she has worked in bank branches both at Messiah Village and Messiah College, and learned from her customers the culture of the Brethren in Christ from both ends of the age spectrum. Coming to Grantham seemed to be a natural progression of her walk with Christ.

There was a period time when she was called to care for and manage the household of a man who succumbed to ALS. This very significant and strengthening of faith journey with him and his family taught her that if you are called, He will equip you to accomplish the task. In 2014 she found a new path at Messiah University has remained a part of the Office of Development as a gift processor until the present day.

Pam is a single mother of one adult daughter, Shannon, and is a devoted daughter to her father, who remains in Meadville. She travels frequently to support him, and also loves to stay at their camp in the Pennsylvania Wilds of the Allegheny National Forest. Hiking is a favorite pastime, as well as reading a good book, researching family history, and singing in choir both at church and with Messiah’s Choral Arts Society.

In addition to becoming Secretary of the church board, you will find Pam helping to usher, assisting the Deacon Care Teams, and enjoying the women’s book club. Pam is grateful for the opportunity to serve Grantham Church and our God and looks forward to connecting with others as we all walk the path together.
