Facilities Manager

Grantham Church is hiring a part-time (20hrs) Facilities Manager to join our gifted and passionate team of pastors and support staff. The Facilities Manager oversees the building (72,000 sq ft.) and property maintenance, as well as the facility operations of our campus. This includes overseeing facility systems and mechanisms, building security, and ensuring facilities are clean and ready for services and events. The Facilities Manager supervises and manages the custodial staff, works with church volunteers, and coordinates with the Office Administrator on upcoming events. Experience in these areas and proven facility management skills are required.
