Working with our Partners

MCC Thrift Shop Opportunity
MCC Thrift Shop Opportunity

A small group of community church leaders recently met to discuss the idea of opening a Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Thrift Store (MCC Thrift) in our area. While there are other thrift stores in the greater Harrisburg area, MCC Thrift is unique and can bless our community in a variety of ways. For us to move to the next step, we need to form a Steering Committee. Specifically, we are looking for people with skills in legal affairs, finances/fundraising, construction, HR, project management, retail, brainstorming/asking key questions, etc., but most importantly we need folks with energy and passion for this project. Would you or others that you know of be interested in joining us on this exciting venture?

If so, please email Pastor David Flowers.
