Linda Worman
Linda has been a member of Brethren in Christ Churches for more than 35 years. She was a member at Grantham Church from 1988-1995 and then she transferred her membership back to Grantham in 2019. She volunteered in the church office before the pandemic.
For most of her life, Linda has worked as a nurse in the medical field. She has a doctorate in management and organizational leadership. And her career as a registered nurse includes various staff and leadership roles in Zambia, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Alaska, and now Pennsylvania, to name a few. She even worked at Macha Mission Hospital for a few years.
Linda also enjoys teaching for Ilisagvik College as Adjunct Faculty, reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends doing nothing, playing games, or chatting away and solving the problems of the world.
Over the past few months, Linda prayerfully considered giving more of her time to a Christian organization or serving the Church rather than full-time nursing duties. The Office Administrator position is an opportunity for Linda to fulfill her desire and respond to God’s calling on her life.
