Peter: In Process with God
MATTHEW 4:18-20; 16:13-28; 26:69-75; JOHN 21:15-19
Simon was a fisherman with a big heart and a big mouth. He had good intentions, but he often failed to understand the way of Christ. He loved Jesus and was a leader among the disciples, but he was also a man in process with God. Yet despite his many mistakes, Jesus gave him the name Peter (rock) to reflect his faith and his future. In the tenth message of our series, Pastor David invites us to reflect on how the Lord can use the ups and downs of broken people to build his church.
