David Flowers
David serves as senior pastor of Grantham Church. David received a B.A. in Religion from East Texas Baptist University and an M.T.S. in Biblical Studies from Houston Graduate School of Theology, an ecumenical and evangelical seminary. David grew up in the Southern Baptist Church and was in student ministry for 7 years before leaving the SBC in 2006 as a neo-Anabaptist. After a period of personal healing and reconstruction, David reentered full-time vocational ministry in 2013. He has over 20 years of ministry experience, pastoring churches in Texas and Virginia. He was installed as the Senior Pastor of the Grantham Church on July 3, 2016. Pastor David has been happily married to his wife, Lanna, since 2001, and they have two little boys, Kainan and Judah. When he’s not pastoring or spending time with his family, David enjoys reading, going to the movies, baseball, hiking the trails, all things sci-fi, talking theology over coffee, and contemplating the mysteries of the universe.
